ERC20Votes governance token. 1,000,000 total supply. Self-delegation required to activate voting rights.
PLGTimelock.sol
Delay layer between governance decisions and execution. Protects against rushed proposals.
PLGGovernor.sol
OpenZeppelin Governor. 4% quorum of total supply (40,000 tokens) required for any proposal to pass.
